Job description
            1 Responsible for docking with customers and technical solution discussion;
2 Responsible for motor controller system requirements analysis, functional decomposition, technical goal setting, etc.; 
3 Responsible for writing system design specifications, system function description documents, system schematics, etc.; 
4. Responsible for system performance simulation, including but not limited to dynamics, economy, efficiency, boundary definition, etc.; 
5 Responsible for software function decomposition, participate in software strategy discussion; 
6. Development of permanent magnet synchronous motor or AC asynchronous motor control system, vector control algorithm and weak field control;
7 Participate in the construction of software and hardware platforms and the review of technical solutions.
            
 
            Qualifications
            1 Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering and automation, electronic engineering, electrical engineering and applied electronic technology; 
2 Engaged in the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor or AC asynchronous motor control system, familiar with vector control algorithm and weak magnetic field control is preferred; 
3 Familiar with the motor control software function strategy is preferred; 
4 Proficiency in the use of Simulation Software such as Matlab/Simulink is preferred;
5 Experience in software and hardware development related to Infineon's 32-bit microcontrollers is preferred;
6 Familiar with domestic and foreign laws and regulations of the automotive industry and related product design guidelines, experience in the oem is preferred;
7 Foreign language requirements CET4 or above, able to use English proficiency in daily work communication and related material preparation; 
8 Have the spirit of innovation, dare to challenge, have a team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills.
