Its smart factory in Wuxi fully promotes green and low-carbon production, generating up to 500,000 kWh/month of photovoltaic power. Additionally, the factory has adopted ECM vacuum low-pressure carburizing & high-pressure gas quenching equipment from an international top brand, which has saved approximately 40% of carburizing gas through intelligent energy management and precise efficiency allocation. Furthermore, the oil mist collection system employs multi-layer purification technology to significantly reduce emissions, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production environment. The machining line is equipped with an efficient oil circulation system, enabling the recycling of grinding fluid, further contributing to the sustainable development of the green factory.
