On December 27th, InfiMotion Technology was awarded with the "2023 Motor Influence TOP Enterprise Award" at the China Motor Industry Chain Forum. This prize proves that InfiMotion Technology has been recognized by the industry in the field of flat-wire motors and has become a leading motor solution provider on the market.

"China Motor Industry Chain Forum" is a professional motor industry event organized by "Wangcai New Media", focusing on all kinds of new, high-efficiency and special motor topics. At the event, Mr. Zhang Shengchuan, Director of Motor System Development of InfiMotion Technology, gave a keynote speech on "Design of Automotive Flat-wire Drive Motors", presenting in-depth insight and technical progress to the industry of InfiMotion Technology. 

"The ultimate development goal of flat wire motor is to focus on cost and performance." Zhang Shengchuan said. In addition, he believes that one of the key design points is the thermal design. As motors strive for higher power density and efficiency, the value of thermal design of motors is increasing. InfiMotion Technology has adopted several innovative technologies in the thermal design, including: design optimization through simulation to reduce motor losses from the source; deep oil cooling technology to eliminate local hot spots in the motor; optimize the design of the heat dissipation system, to realize the high density and efficiency. 

Compared with the traditional round wire motors, flat wire motors have higher efficiency, higher power density, lighter weight, lower cost and other advantages, and is becoming an important development trend of the drive technology. Better performance also puts higher requirements on producers. InfiMotion Technology has planned the assembly line of flat wire motors from the start and has until now built several highly intelligent production lines with advanced equipment and measuring instruments. The factory can realize the digital control of the entire production process, to ensure the quality and safety of each motor.
