The 17th Automotive Powertrain Technology Annual Conference (TMC 2025), hosted by the China Society of Automotive Engineers, took place in Nantong from June 12th to 13th. At this prominent event, InfiMotion unveiled two new commercial vehicle electric drive products: the DA90 and DT320. This year's conference convened approximately 5,300 professional delegates, who participated in in-depth discussions on the latest developments in automotive powertrain technology and explored future evolutionary paths and innovation directions. 

InfiMotion's DA90 Hybrid Commercial Vehicle EDU: Compact Powerhouse

InfiMotion's DA90 hybrid commercial vehicle Electric Drive Unit (EDU), currently on display, boasts a sophisticated water-cooled flat wire motor paired with a reducer series structure. This meticulous design results in a more compact, smaller, and lighter unit without compromising performance.

The DA90 delivers outstanding electric drive capabilities:

• Maximum input torque: 190 N·m

• Highest input speed: 12,500 rpm

• Peak power: 90 kW

• Maximum wheel-end output torque: Up to 2,580 N·m

• Overall transmission efficiency: Exceeds 95%

Its innovative three-section housing design not only ensures system reliability but also offers flexible expansion for future upgrades to a "three-in-one" system, addressing diverse market demands.

The InfiMotion DT320 dual-motor system features a highly integrated, lightweight design that significantly enhances vehicle compatibility and cargo space. By integrating dual motors and separating the MCU, the system consolidates the MCU, auxiliary drive, oil pump, oil cooler, and TCU within a single housing. This streamlines connections and simplifies interfacing with various vehicle systems.

Further optimizing its design, the deep integration of the motors and 4EMT reduces the overall weight and shortens the axial dimensions of the product. This translates directly to a significant increase in available cargo space for the vehicle.

Beyond its compact form, the DT320 excels in efficiency. It intelligently distributes motor load, leading to improved overall operational efficiency with a peak efficiency of up to 95.5%. Notably, its high-efficiency zone, where efficiency exceeds 85%, accounts for an impressive 92.3% of its operation, demonstrating exceptional energy efficiency performance.
